Free webinars for organizations to focus on “Non-Profit Planning”

MAY 7, 2020 – All PEI non-profit organizations are invited to take part in one of three free webinars organized specifically to guide them in their “Non-Profit Planning In Regard to COVID-19”.

Offered by the province’s three Rural Action Centres, the webinars will be offered in English May 12 and 14 by MRSB consultant Maria Sanderson and in French May 13 by consultant Jacinthe Lemire from Solutions Eurêka experts-conseils. Each session begins at 10 a.m. and runs until 11 a.m. Participants will get an opportunity to ask questions.

The English webinars, delivered through the Zoom platform, will focus on:
• Key considerations for virtual board meetings and AGMs;
• Planning for disruption to programming and fundraising events;
• Understanding the board’s role in navigating short, medium and long-term impacts of COVID-19.

The content of the French seminar, delivered in collaboration with the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI, will be slightly different.

The number of participants will be limited to allow for maximum interaction. It is therefore suggested to sign up immediately. To register:
May 12 (in English): barb.macdonald@cbdc.ca
May 13 (in French): josee@rdeeipe.org
May 14 (in English): holly.fitzpatrick@cbdc.ca
