« This informative 90-minute session is being offered in French by the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI and the Wellington RAC as an activity to promote a positive mental health in the workplace, as much for the prevention of stress and in dealing with stressful situations, » explains Raymond J.
