SuperHost customer service training to be offered in French June 27

WELLINGTON, PEI – June 12, 2013All those who provide customer services, including those who work in the tourism industry, are invited to register for a full day of interactive training delivered in French by SuperHost Atlantic Thursday, June 27, in Wellington. The title of the course is “Expect Excellence”.

This training, which runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., will be delivered in the boardroom of the Wellington Rural Action Centre (RAC) at 48 Mill Rd. The Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI and the RAC have teamed up to offer this course, at the invitation of the Tourism Industry Association of PEI.

SuperHost Atlantic is recognized as a leader in customer service training in the Atlantic region. The Island’s tourist industry has in fact adopted its program as a standard of excellence. The certification that is offered by SuperHost is recognized internationally.

Those who take the SuperHost training increase their level of confidence and pride and improve their communication skills. They are then able to provide a more professional service. For the employer, their employee’s certification and improved performance translates into repeat customer visits and improved sales.

Each participant receives a program workbook, a certificate and a SuperHost pin.

The registration fee per person is $39.90, tax included. The amount must be paid in advance or at the start of the course. A minimum of eight registrations is required for the course to be offered.
