SUMMERSIDE – Feb. 18, 2022 – Tina Dickieson, executive director of CBDC Central PEI in Summerside, has announced that the organization will return this year as a top-level sponsor of the 2022 Entrepreneurs’ Gala organized by the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI. More specifically, the CBDC will sponsor the 2022 Young Enterprising Person of the Year Award, which will be presented to either Gilbert Arsenault of Cape Egmont or Nico Durant of Mont-Carmel, on the evening of Saturday, April 9, in Abram-Village. Gala coordinator Raymond J. Arsenault was pleased to meet with Dickieson to graciously accept the sponsorship from the CBDC (Community Business Development Corporation). This non-profit organization offers a wide variety of programs and services to help start, expand or modernize businesses. In fact, the CBDC has been a long-time partner of the Acadian Chamber of Commerce in the organization of various activities to promote entrepreneurial development.
