WELLINGTON – Oct. 17, 2016 – Carole Gallant was the biggest winner of the evening at the benefit casino for the Summerside Food Bank Saturday night in Wellington.

She won two of the 15 prize lots of the evening, taking home $975 in prizes: an iPad Mini donated by Mike Bradley Insurance Services (The Co-operators) and a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player from RDÉE Prince Edward Island and the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI.

Wayne and Léona Gallant of Urbainville were also extremely lucky Saturday night, winning each one of the 15 prize lots. Wayne won a clock in the form of a boat wheel, donated by Mermaid Marine Products (valued at $260) plus a $50 gift certificate from Acadian Supreme. Léona won a $250 gift certificate from the Shop & Play gift shop in Borden-Carleton and a $50 gift certificate from the Centre Belle-Alliance in Summerside. The combined value of their prizes was $610.
