ABRAM-VILLAGE – Feb. 9, 2022 – The Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI (CCAFLIPE), which constantly promotes entrepreneurial development, is pleased to sponsor RDÉE Prince Edward Island’s Francophone Ignition Contest once again this year. In fact, the CCAFLIPE will be presenting free one-year memberships to each of the three finalists of the contest, providing them with networking, learning and promotional opportunities. Competition coordinator Felicity Montgomery recently met with Raymond J. Arsenault, the Chamber’s events coordinator, to discuss this sponsorship as well as the contest finals, which will take place Wednesday, March 2, at 7 p.m. at the Village musical acadien in Abram-Village. The three finalists will each get a few minutes to present their entrepreneurial project to a panel of entrepreneurial and financial professionals. The top project will win a $25,000 investment and various prizes. Admission will be free, but seats must be reserved by Feb. 25 by contacting Josée Ouellette at josee@rdeeipe.org.
