WELLINGTON – Dec. 6, 2012 – About 30 people gathered at Wellington Royal Canadian Legion to participate in the first-ever Christmas mixer hosted by the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI.
Beautiful Christmas music, performed by Louise Arsenault and Karl Proud, provided a beautiful holiday atmosphere for people to chat during this strictly social event.
Chamber spokesperson Jeannette Arsenault and RDÉE PEI president Martin Marcoux both took advantage of the occasion to wish everyone a happy holiday season and a prosperous New Year.
It was also mentioned that a number of other events are being organized in the coming months.
The people present, including entrepreneurs, employers, managers of organizations and employees, got to have their fill of chicken fricot and chili.
