SUMMERSIDE – Dec. 21, 2015 – Wellington Rural Action Centre and RDÉE Prince Edward Island recently met with representatives of the Greater Summerside Chamber of Commerce to discuss the possibility of collaborating more to help francophone entrepreneurs as they strive to improve their businesses. All parties agreed to working together on two initiatives. A first joint collaboration will be announced in January while a second collaboration will probably take place at a later time.
Happily discussing the renewed partnership are, from left, Jane Sharpe, executive director of the Chamber; Jo Ann Doughart, coordinator of the Chamber’s Mentorship Program; Velma Robichaud, client services officer with the Wellington Rural Action Centre; and Catherine Rioux, coordinator of RDÉE PEI’s LIENS project.
