Free online course on business budget planning slated for November 2 and 9

WELLINGTON – Sept. 20, 2021 – All French-speaking entrepreneurs – and especially those aiming to start a business – are invited to participate in a free online course on planning and preparing a business budget. The three-hour course will be divided into two 90-minute blocks, delivered via Google Meet on Nov. 2 and 9, 2021, beginning at 6:30 p.m. each evening.

These courses are part of the Successful Business Basics training series delivered by the province’s Rural Action Centers. This time, the training is offered through the Wellington Rural Action Centre, in collaboration with the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI.

The trainer will be Jacinthe Lemire from Cornwall, owner of Solutions eurêka experts-conseils who has managed several businesses and organizations over the years. The training will include practical exercises. Lemire will send participants all the materials they need as well as the link for the training.

This course, which has been offered several times in English and once in French, is very popular and much appreciated by the participants as they find that the information they learned put them on the right foot right from the start of their business.

To register for the free course, by Oct. 27, contact Josée Ouellette at (902) 854-3439, ext. 228, or josee@rdeeipe.org.
