WELLINGTON – Feb. 11, 2016 – Ten francophone employers and business people had the opportunity to learn how to conduct more efficient job interviews Thursday, Feb. 11. Trainer Diana Larivière, a staffing specialist with CAWLAR Consulting, gave them a two-hour workshop at the request of the Wellington Rural Action Centre and the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI. She gave a number of suggestions to help employers better evaluate applicants and to find “the right person” for the job. Here, Larivière, centre, is seen with Edgar Arsenault, manager of Le Chez-Nous Co-operative, and Réjeanne Arsenault, finance and human resources manager of Le Collège Acadie Î.-P.-É.
