SUMMERSIDE, PEI – March 15, 2014 – Wishing to recognize the importance of developing international business relations, the French Chamber of Commerce of Canada, Atlantic Network, based in Dieppe, NB, has just established a brand new award of recognition to honour an Atlantic Canadian company that stands out through its import-export business.
The first edition of this award will be presented in a perfect setting to highlight international commerce: the Forum on Economic Immigration being organized by RDÉE Prince Edward Island for May 26-28 at Rodd Brudenell River Resort in Brudenell, PEI. The winner will receive the award during the May 27 evening banquet.
This great news was announced by Chamber board member Francis Thériault during the 2014 Entrepreneurs’ Gala in Summerside March 25. Chamber president Maurice Guitton was unable to attend.
Thériault noted that future editions of this new award could be presented during the Entrepreneurs’ Gala every year in mid-March.
