SUMMERSIDE – Aug. 9, 2022 – Isabelle Gallant of Bijoux Isabelle (left) and Léah Bureaux of Léah Bureaux Creations recently visited Spinnakers Landing in Summerside to sell their products, including various types of jewelry they designed themselves. These two inventors, along with the nine other young francophones participating in RDÉE PEI’s francophone edition of the Young Millionaires program (Jeunes millionnaires), have been going to various other venues (such as farmers’ markets and flea markets) and events (such as festivals and carnivals) in recent months. They will continue to sell their wares until the end of the summer. Everyone is invited to support and encourage these young entrepreneurs by purchasing their products, which include artistic creations, treats, beverages, bread, stickers and pottery. Islanders can expect to see these young people at the various festivities of the National Acadian Day as well as at the Agricultural Exhibition and the Acadian Festival of the Evangeline region and other events.
