CHARLOTTETOWN – March 16, 2022 – Stewart McKelvey, Atlantic Canada’s largest law firm and one of the 20 largest such firms in the country, has signed on to become a second-tier sponsor of the 2022 Entrepreneurs’ Gala being held April 9 in Abram-Village. Raymond J. Arsenault, coordinator of both the Gala and its host organization, the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI, recently visited the firm’s Charlottetown office to meet with bilingual partner Sophie MacDonald, QC, to discuss the event and to accept the sponsorship cheque. Arsenault explained that the sponsorship will help cover the event’s ever-increasing expenses; it will also help recognition the economic contributions of several key players in the Island economy. Nine awards will be presented during the event.
