Composition

The Board of Directors of the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI is comprised of the five (5) entrepreneurial directors elected to the RDÉE Board of Directors.

 

The CCAFLIPE activities coordinator also sits on the committee but does not have voting rights. The executive director and the president of RDÉE may also attend meetings.

Term of office

The RDÉE entrepreneurial advisors are part of this CCAFLIPE Committee for the entire duration of their mandates on the RDÉE Board of Directors. The CCAFLIPE spokesperson position is elected every two years.

 

The committee meets as needed, but ordinarily twice a year.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and validate the Chamber's activity calendar. ;
  • Guide the Chamber's general direction; ;
  • Oversee the organization of the Entrepreneurs' Gala, determine the award categories, and ensure the establishment of a selection jury to evaluate award nominations for the Gala. ;
  • Supervise the organization of the Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame.
