CHARLOTTETOWN – October 9, 2026 – The 15 women who participated in the workshop «Women’s Leadership: Dare to Pursue Your Professional Ambition!» on October 3 in Charlottetown greatly benefited from their personal and professional rejuvenation session.
Organizer Deb O’Hanley noted that it was «a wonderful morning… filled with exchanges, introspection, and beautiful moments of awareness! A few words that summarize this meeting: inspiration, kindness, strength, sisterhood, solidarity, and mutual support… A beautiful sunny day that reminded us how important it is to take the time… to take the time and to take the space you deserve, ladies.»

The morning, which began with a gourmet breakfast, was organized by the Employment Support Service of RDÉE Prince Edward Island in collaboration with Actions Femmes ÎPÉ. The services of facilitator Nathalie Arsenault, a certified coach and founder of Solutions Arrimage, were retained to lead the first part of the activity, and Janine Arsenault to complete the morning with a wellness session.

It was a personal and professional development workshop for women «to help you gain confidence, better recognize your strengths, and develop your leadership.» Participants also had the opportunity to exchange with other women who were experiencing the same questions, challenges, and ambitions. The workshop included concrete exercises and tools to help participants overcome certain barriers, gain confidence, and move forward. There were also times for exchanges and networking.
